"Share the Land" is a pro socialist song - by Canadian band "Guess Who" whose early fame was during Canadas strong socialism push.

Randy Bachman (lead guitarist) said he never liked the intet of the song; but their early career was thought to only be in Canada... so they had songs that were for the political climate at the time there.
