I did. Most of the buy-ins for the good shops are $1,000,000, too rich for my blood. About 10-15 years ago, through a "friend of a friend", I got into one for $250,000. I got slaughtered. I think I got back like $110,000, and that shop is now out of business. Not my cup of tea. I'd rather sit here at my kitchen table trading options with my high-risk money.

Not required, the city does a good job usually. Having a high ranking city appointee living nearby gets our streets cleared off pretty quick. I will need get the driveway though.
