If it’s a “ get together” then it should be someplace most members can get to easily. A nonstop or at most one connection flight. Won’t take all day to get there. Reasonable costs for accommodations etc.

Vegas hotels are about as cheap as they get.

While one or two deviants live in Florida, I thought most were central- south US(example, California)
