Mike, there aren't words when your mom dies. You just need to take comfort from the time you had her, the love you received from her, and all the good memories you shared. Sounds like you had a wonderful mother.

Mike, words cant describe what your going through and I don't know if there is anything I can say that will provide comfort to you with this situation. Just know that I will say a prayer for your mother and hope that you will cherish the memories you've had with her growing up and know that she is in a more peaceful place. RIP Jeanette

My heartfelt thanks to all of you. I am grateful she went quickly and didn't suffer. But it was her time. When you're taking a dozen or so pills per day to stay alive, you have to wonder about quality of life.
I was blessed to have her as my mom, and for the time I had with her...especially at the end. They are flying her back to Los Angeles tomorrow, and I think the funeral will be Monday or Tuesday. Thanks again everyone.  |
