Well I'm glad you asked, and no, they don't.

We've probably replaced about 15 sets of C7 factory pads to the Powerstop Z26 ceramic pads. Everyone is satisfied they don't have to wipe their wheels down after a short ride with these.

Just for S&G's, at VIR some years back, my very good buddy (now deceased, a member here) we did an unscientific test about dust upon name brand pads, he had Hawks, I had the Powerstops, We wiped the wheels clean before the run and then immediately after.
See the images........he changed them out that week.

See finger swipes on bottom of wheel.

Yes, early on, they did have a problem with rotors turning brown, which was corrected. No browning now. What I like about the company, they realized they had a problem with that and replaced the rotors with new at their cost.

Be nice if GM followed suit and started compensating folks with the cracked wheels, hundreds, maybe even thousands GM screwed, all you hear from them about that is....................................................................
