For once I will agree with the Spud; it's bullshit to over-tax and give you your own money back without interest in the future.

But I am in the 2nd highest tax bracket so the additional tax being withheld is only about $1,400 and I will get it back in April, not a year; if my bonus was paid out in January I'd probably ask payroll to manually adjust down the taxes.

I could do that but I put all my profit sharing into my RRSP so it's taken care of already.
