Don’t get me wrong, I own multiple firearms and my gun safe is well stocked but I sense an almost paranoia about ammo buying that rivals toilet paper.

just checked BulkAmmo.com (my regular supplier), they have ONE type of 9mm available. they usually have about 40+ offerings.

If you're just now buying ammo, you're doing it wrong. But that goes without saying. I might not have as much as I'd like, but it's almost assuredly enough unless things get so crazy that, well, I had a good run anyway.

That is normal buying for me. I have about 100k rounds.

I have my own personal 500yd range and enjoy shooting.

There's a run on cat food too. I ordered some prescription for my cat from chewy.com. Normally they process my order within a day, but this time I got an email saying due to all the ****ing morons panic buying my order would be delayed 4-6 days.

On Monday morning, I ordered a bag of dog food from Chewy. Their website told me it would ship in 4-6 days. Ordered the same from Amazon Prime. They said it would be delivered on Friday. Today, I went to Tractor Supply and picked up a bag of dog food. Different brand, yes, but it is a brand/flavor that our dogs have grown up with.

Wife isn't allowed to go shopping by herself anymore. We go together and I am always carrying.

Between my wife and I we have plenty of many different types of ammo available. We never drop below a certain amount for every gun we own.

We are members of 4 clubs + have our own shooting range. If club ranges are closed we will stay in practice at home. In times like this will shoot mostly .22LR and conserve the center fire stuff for potential problems.
