Default Neiman Marcus Bars / A VERY Sweet Treat

HAND mix:

1 egg
1 stick of butter
1 box of yellow cake mix

"Smooch by hand" into a 13X9 baking pan / dish that has been lined w/ aluminum foil (spray foil w/ Pam). Make sure you push this up the sides so that the mixture below will stay in.

Mix in a blender:

2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Pour the powdered sugar / cream cheese mix into the pan.

Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes (until the top just starts to brown). Sprinkle the top w/ powdered sugar. Let cool then cut into squares.

*Warning - this is really SWEET but it's so good! I make this for my FIL every time we have a family GTG and he has to fight off most of the family to get his share*

Soooo good! I bet variations of this would be good, too.

This dessert is absolutely fantastic! The "filling" mix tastes like a very sweet custard. Yum yum yum!!!

ps I know because I've had it when Me2 cooked it!
