'08 M3 for a track car? Why?
[broken record] Too much weight, not enough torque. [/broken record]

2011 Ford Mustang Boss 302....
Sadly there was an article out there almost a year ago where the new 5.0L GT was on the heals of the M3 at a track race. The 302 should be just as fast as the M3. |

Not a fan of the 1 Series look, but I would consider it the better track toy due to the lower weight and monoblock brakes.

Latest model GTO would be my choice. M3 would be second. GTO would be cheaper and easier to mod for the track.
