My job tonight is to pick through a small mountain of turkey stock bones and extract the meat for my "big turkey soup" pot. I'll have enough hearty turkey soup for a week! Just need a big hunk of fresh pumpernickel and butter and you have a great meal for a cold winter's day.

Went back to the cancer clinic today.Turns out, wasn't a great day for me, at the clinic. Bone test revealed signs of spotted tumors on my lower spine. Looks like they might be moving on to Kemo treatments in the next couple of weeks.Just going to deal with it day by day hope for the best.

Sorry to hear that Brian, that sucks. A positive attitude is probably the best medicine you can get in your situation. Best of luck for the new phase of treatment.
By the way, I've been taking apricot seeds for years now because of the B17 (laetrile) content, which actually has been known to shrink cancerous tumors. When my Dad had a tumor on his kidney I started him on them and between that time and his surgery to remove the kidney, the tumor had shrunk about 5cms. But it was too late and would take too long to have killed it, so they went ahead with the extraction.

I'm going for cataract surgery next week. I got lucky with a cancellation to get in fast.

Oh, and for you Yanks....it's all covered.

Made me laugh, thanks, didn't sleep very well last night, but feeling a little better today, just going to have to take it day by day and move on. I do appreciate all the support here on the forum. You guys and gals are like my second family and it feels good to talk about all this crap, it really helps to deal with all of this, thank you all so very much.
