Baltha was dedicated to the Oil and Gas industry and he retired after 39 years, and his last position was with NICOR as Vice President.

Good morning everyone. They were right about the snow overnight. There's enough out there that my DD Honda won't be going anywhere today. The city plowed me in at the end of the driveway.
