While OSU losing is usually a fun thing, I picked them without knowing they would be missing so many starters. I tried to check the remaining games for missing players, but no luck finding any info. There are at least 3 games I would have changed my pick had I known important pieces were quitters.

Unranked USC had 24 players leave including the Heisman QB and probably the #1 pick in the draft. Both the starting RB's and WR and the best LB. Had a QB that never started a game at USC. But somehow they beat a ranked team. Excuse are for Losers.

Sorry FSU has a bunch of players in their program that don't want to play. Georgia has second and third string freshmen in and still running over FSU.

I feel FSU got gutted when they lost their QB and were screwed by the bowl committee.
Still a GREAT UNDEFEATED AND CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON for a newer coach who far outperformed all predictions, including ALL in here.

Neither FSU nor uga gets a title this year, no one cares about the others.

Today's result does not surprise me, as I said three weeks ago the opening line at 13.5 was low, it went to 23.5, and I would have given 35 to any sucker.

IMO, the portal and NIL is going to hurt teams that seek talent that are only in it for themselves. Programs that promote an unselfish culture where the team as a whole comes first will be much more successful.

Good! The number of bowl games needs to decrease big time. There are 43 bowl games this year. If there wasn’t a rule against it there would be teams with a losing record in bowl games. Just be honest, CFB is now just a minor league for the NFL. Players are willing to screw their college and teammates if they can transfer somewhere that will guarantee more NIL money. I don’t know how the NCAA fixes the mess they’ve created.
