I went in there about a year ago and they had mattresses.

They had a decent business model and then took a sharp turn along the way and it appears they have hit the bridge abutment and are up in flames.

Went to Fry's down in Il back in 2007, when Samsung came out
with their first HD, 1080 LCD 40" tv.
$200.00 cheaper than what I could get it
for in Wi, because Wi. has a minimum mark-up law and Il doesn't.

Place was packed.
May be that the tv was priced so low to get people in the door.
Doesn't matter, I got one and it still works great.

I wonder if the store is still there (Downer's Grove I believe)

Fry's alive and well in San Diego

Last time I was at the Fry's in Phoenix it was jamming and busy. I bought a set of wireless headphones and pack of all beef bologna w/ cheese. It was a good day.
