Read the OP, didn't read the thread, but...

I find it funny when Conservatives do everything in their power to not help get blacks educated, but then act surprised when they vote for Democrats at a much higher rate than other groups.

It's the proverbial shooting oneself in the foot.

So we have one video with a title which lies and is taken completely out of context, and another that's a piece of satire.

But certain folks eat these kinds of things up, I guess.

Why should a black kid be treated any different than a white one?

The answer to this question is simple ... there should be no difference. So what exactly dose this have to do with Voting?

The less educated they are, the less likely they will be to understand what it is that they're hearing when it comes to, say, economic subjects, and therefore less likely to vote for Republicans. As we have seen, the uneducated are more prone to following sound bites rather than facts. In this case, it works in the Democrats' favor.

Notice how blacks who vote Republican tend to be far more educated.

property owners pay a large portion of their property taxes to the local school board for the purpose of public education.

most conservatives do not want to eliminate this system. what many conservatives want is to get the federal government out of the education business, where they have no place.

education, like many government programs, should be a state issue not a federal issue.

Hey genius... Scissors said EDUCATED. Neither of us ever mentioned the word intelligence.

Pay attention and sound out the big words, sport. You'll get it eventually.

I don't agree with you at all. Whoever said degrees donít make you intelligent was absolutely correct.

To the original point, Scissors said educated. Cain and Keyes are very well educated. Period.

As always, when somebody presents you with facts you change the subject...

You implied very clearly (above) that Cain and Keyes weren't educated.

You were proven wrong. End of argument.

Thanks for playing, sport.

You want to talk about the electability of Cain or Keys? Start a new thread on that topic.

No I didn't ... I typed that I think about them when they speak of Black Republicans ... you know, similar to what you think of when Black Preachers are spoken of ... Who comes to mind?

That's not a topic for here. You want to talk about black preachers, start a new thread about it. Stop trying to change the subject, and stop with the baiting bullshit.

I'm not sure what about that simple concept is so difficult for you to understand.

You took a vacation from here once for the exact thing. Apparently you are a slow learner.
