I was in nyc the past four days, did some driving, mostly in manhattan, AND the utensils stupidity is nothing, their real problem, a gazillion times more, is all the aholes on motorized bicycles delivering food.

There are tens of thousand of them, they take over the right lane, they do not stop for red lights, they blow through crosswalks, they do not follow 'right of way', they go 30+ mph--I smell a shit ton of lawsuits when drivers start picking them off.

That is the big problem with a lot of those two wheel not real motorcycle type bikes.

They know and scream they have a right to use the road, which is true. They also are supposed to obey traffic lights, stop and yield signs and other etiquette. We get a lot of those Lance Armstrong want a bees and now I'm seeing a lot more of those motorized menaces out there.

In my city we have some, mostly school-aged kids too lazy to pedal.
In manhattan it is BEYOND OVERWHELMING, they are everywhere, and they are extremely careless--pretty certain they ALL have a lawyer on retainer.
