Schools need to be treated as sacred ground. Kids heads get poisoned about race most often from home and school needs to be the place where they can realize how they feel for themselves without outside influence.

what doesn't get reported often is that many of the vandals of this type of graffiti...

are blacks. They will create racism - even when its not there to begin with (maybe they want more free cell phones or something...).
