My 80 KZ750E was the same. Saw it in a crate and said I want that one. It was a pretty hot bike in the day.

I got the gpz when they came out in 82’ or 83’, then the turbo 750. Real fast for their day but dinosaurs now.

I needs advise:

Current g/f I no longer like (enough said).
I have been charming a new one (easy peasy), but need to kick old one to curb first, then slip the drill rig in to lay pipe on new one.

The quandary:
Old g/f moved to Scottsdale last year to take care of mom and old aunt (sisters).
I really liked this one, veteran, nurse, gardener, loved improving everything, a fair cook....and, excellent grouping.
Old aunt passed, now mom wants to come back to home.
So g/f is moving back as soon as she can respectfully end her job commitment.
About 2 mos. ago thru casual convo; I told her I had a g/f I was no longer interested in.
She remembered that and wants to pick up again some time this fall when she's settled.


Problem is; I so wanna tap that tex/mex ass (Ochoa), but one steam session with me and she'll fall in love.
