I've got myself up to 30 minutes on level 9, 10, and 11 out of 15 on my indoor bike in three weeks.
Now it's time for HIT. High Intensity Training. My chiropractor recommended it. 20 Minutes... That's it.

Like with my workouts, I'll walk before I run.
If I can't go for the entire 20 minutes, I'll just stop and cool down and go a bit longer the next time.
My chiro didn't mention that.

A great AB exercise is staying in this pushup position as long as you can.
I'm up to 35 seconds.
2 minutes is my goal.
In three weeks, I'm down to 258 from 266 and feelin' great.
250 is my goal, but by that time, it'll be mostly muscle.
7 months brings me into July...
