Kids abuse Eldery Women on Bus - What should happen?

I didn't watch very much of the video because it made my blood boil. Read the article below for the story...

The kids are only part of the problem. Their parents should have instilled the values in them for them to know that that kind of behavior isn't acceptable. If i found out that my kid was part of that i would be fuming. And to take it one step further if i saw this video and i found out my kid sat idley by as others harrassed this poor woman without stepping in, i would still be upset.

I couldn't make it past the first 20 seconds. Those sound like HS kids.

1) They must be animals if they require a "bus monitor" in the first place. I rode the bus every day of HS, and never was there a "bus monitor" on board. If kids got out of line, the bus driver chewed them out, and that was it....end of issue.

2) What should happen? I'm thinking suspension, then make each one of them write a two paged, single spaced letter apologizing for their conduct. I'd also have them do some community service, maybe something that might teach them about empathy and not being total douchebags.

3) If I was related to that woman, I'd ask for about 5 minutes of one-on-one time with each of those kids....girls, too. Maybe they could empathise a bit more if they had the crap beat out of them while being taunted.

I won't even watch it but with what I have read they should be beaten ! And their parents too it seems.

Apparently 4Chan got involved and found out the kids addresses and Facebook. They've sent pizzas and bags of shit to the addresses. Word of advice: NEVER piss off 4Chan.

This happened in "Greece" a western surburb of Rochester NY.As I type this many people are talking about it and are very pissed off.I would not be surprised if there is some vandalism tonight as apparently some folks have the names and addresses of those involved......

One problem right there. You don't fix or react to an act of stupidity and ignorance with more stupidity and ignorance.

How about child services yank these little assholes up and lock them up in a cell next to murderers, rapists, and drug addicts, and get taunted for a few weeks. Then be forbidden to ride any form of public transportation for 5 years. Those little puzzy azz cawk suckers need to learn now before it's too late and they burden society.

Child services doesn't have that kind of authority, and even if they did, it would never happen.

Fact is, these kids didn't break any laws. It isn't a crime to be mean to someone, as disgusting as that behavior is. Now, if the lady took some of that money and brought a civil suit against the parents, you might have something there.
