First thing i thought of too. Hope it didn't kill your wiper board/motor yet...that's the usual result.

You can reach the left side udders easily from under the hood.

Nope.
Just reach your hand in underneath the cowl near the corner of the windshield, you'll feel the udders, and probably find them packed with leaves and junk.

This is the kinky part...squeeze and work them in your hand until you get all the junk out of them. (serious)
