I am of the "try anything" mindset. If I were diagnosed, that's what I would do. I am sure you have done a ton of reading and consulting, but I wondered if you have seen this...

pureed some avocado, tomato, lemon juice, and a little water in the blender. tasty lunch for her. full of good fats.

one of my goals is to stuff calories into her. keep her weight and strength up.

If she is a losing her appetite, get her some tinctures or edibles. Even if you don’t think you’ll need it now, talk to your doctor about getting medical marijuana. That way, you’ll have it before she needs it, rather than waiting for it. Some states take a bit of time to process the applications.

Edibles and tinctures helped my step father tremendously with pain, nausea and appetite.
