I don't wanna ask or push anyone, just posted this billboard here and a lot has happened.

This is going to be the best year yet for the kids, over time we are learning how to do this better and better each year.

Like Rob said a few years back... even just a few dollars buys another toy for a kid who would not get one.

This year I am too broke to pitch is myself, been a tough year... but I'll do my part to make it all happen.

Even if somebody could only afford $2, that is enough to make a difference for a kid at Christmas.

When we were at the store the other day shopping.. this little girl and her Dad were looking for what she wanted.. she wanted to play store. and saw this little play money cash box and small bundles of play money.

It was already in one our boxes and the only one they had left in stock, it just looked kinda neat and I knew someone would want it.

I could tell she really wanted it so told her Dad it was on us..

Cost was about $1... smile is priceless.. good deal!

dateline somewhere in the Philippines, sources close to the story report that Santa is handing out presents early on a selected basis, but that he also enjoys a nip or two in the evenings when his day's work is done. he blends in well with the locals....

When I came home from shopping my oldest daughter was pleading with me to let her have a doll, and of course her little sis wanted one also, and a few more kids were there.. our maid's daughter, and Tata's daughter.

Hard to say no when they are all standing there looking at you with that look in their eyes...

We got the baby formula delivered today also..

Since the father is now alone and has to work to support his other older kids, his wife that died during childbirth has a sister that is now stepping up to help take care of him.








The more I think about it, and can easily be seen in these photos below from today, a lot of the kids here sure could use some shoes..

Will be buying a lot of flip flops and shoes this week when I go out shopping more..

Wanted to post some pics from the school Christmas party they had yesterday.. the school is typical looking for around here, but does not look much like the schools back there so thought you might enjoy seeing a few class rooms from here..

We bought them all some food for their party, my wife also made a lot of some kind of macaroni salad, that is sweet and has lots of fruit in it.

School is out now till after the new year.. a lot these kids below are all some of Santa's customers..

We went out yesterday afternoon and finished up last night getting more shopping done, and are about all done with the toys.

With the 400 toys from last week, we now have about 1000 toys and another 100 slippers and shoes left, plus I already gave some kids that I knew needed shoes some..

There are only about 100 kids in the smaller village area we plan to go to, so have more than enough toys now, But I plan to get more flip flop type slippers and a few special toys for prizes to give away for games we hope to have for this years Christmas party.

There will be toys left over, so right now the plan is to do the Christmas party here in our village on Christmas Eve, and everything that is left over to the other place the next day, then whatever is left over from there we will just drive through another area and give the rest away along with candy till they are all gone.




The First Stop was Antons, and both stores we went to were very crowded, so I did not take photos from inside the store and just wanted to hurry and get out asap.

















On to 688 the bigger store.






5 peso for a kids ride.. good deal!

Tata and his wife, myself and my wife and one of my kids, and also our driver still found room to ride home..

Napoleon only charges us 300p to go to town, wait why we shop, help load and unload.. and also his wife runs a small store that sells Rhum that I can go wake up 24/7..
