I hope to make this the best year yet for them, we did really good here in our village but we ran out at the other small community I went to afterwards, and didn't have enough for all of them there.

I pretty much figured that, but was going to ask you guys when the time came if it happened what everyone wanted to do.

Last year was a slow start also but by the time came there was more than enough and turned out to be a great day for the kids.

Well... other than all of the rain we had that day.. they were happy, but soaked.

Quick story..

The other day I was walking through the village and some kids stopped me and wanted to bless me..
(they hold your hand to their forehead and bow a little as it is a way of showing respect to their elders)

One little girl looked up at me with big brown eyes and asked if Santa was coming again this year.

Awwwwwwwwww..... it was sweet!!!!


I told her and the others.. I think he is.. I think he is..


I just want to say Thank You to all of you that have chipped in on this again this year.

I hope to make it a good Christmas for the kids again this year!

Tim, refresh my memory please. How much money did we collectively contribute last year? I believe the total amount was north of $1,000 and if that is the case TheVetteBarn needs to get it together.

If we only have $375 it will truly be a poor Christmas for those children.
