I never saw much value in picking on people in high school. Yeah, I know it happens all the time, but I guess I just wasn't a prick to people who were different than I was.

I changed schools several times in middle school, and was bullied during those years. Kids are not just cruel, they are vicious. I wish my Dad had given me the tools and instructed me to use violence to end that bullying, but, my parents eschewed violence, and I suffered as a result.

If the prom queen is being bullied, I'd like to see PQ deal out some hurt for a change. Mean boys? KTITB. Mean girls? Bitch slap them into next week...pull hair, and otherwise use physical actions to correct their behavior. They may never like or respect PQ, but if PQ developed a reputation of "don't **** with PQ", problem would be solved.

Nevertheless, Cyber nailed it. Just because you suddenly deem all kinds of weird shit as just fine, you can't expect everyone to just miraculously go along with it. The Emperor Has No Clothes comes to mind. Sure, some will just go along with whatever, but sooner or later, somebody is going to point out that the dude is naked as a jaybird.

Prior to that, I did finally grow a small pair. ****in' kids on my JH bus took my gym shorts and wouldn't give them back. What I would impart to a kid is, don't start any trouble, don't pick on others, but if trouble finds you and talking does no good, then ****in' savage that other person. Sneak attack if need be to gain the advantage. Make a statement that you don't tolerate BS.

So I used my head, and befriended the biggest football players, basketball players, the rich guys, the rich girls, the kind girls, some goths, the fly-off-the-handle Rednecks...and anyone else that stood over 6 foot 6...

If anyone gave me shit...I was always within shouting distance of someone bigger, heavier, wealthier, or politically in control...No one f*cked with me, I was protected.

If the school and the students that actually know this kid don't have an issue with it, i don't have an issue with it. Afterall this kids peers are the ones that elected him/her (depending upon your view point) queen. They know this kid best. All that shit is, is a popularity contest anyway.

I just watched my daughter marry her longtime girlfriend a few weeks ago. We're talking about someone that joined the AF when DADT was still in effect, knowing she may have to live her life in secret. Yet, her desire to serve her country was strong enough that that did not matter. She will be re-uping and will probably do her 20. Oh...and her wife? She is wrapping up her bachelor's degree and will be joining the AF very shortly.

If I ever heard anyone call her or my new DIL bull dykes, I'd beat their fu(king ass.
