Nice piece!
I wound up getting the 4311ci for my HT.

Have you played with the Audyssey mic on that yet for calibration?
I always thought that it was a bit of marketing hype from Denon until I used it one day.
I sampled just 3 different spots and let the algorithm do its work.
I was very impressed with how much it broadened the sweet spot and corrected phase/timing.

I have the 4308ci currently and yes I really like the Audyssey setup. It works excellent.

I just got home from being in Canada all week. I opened the box and used a crane to get the 4520 out.

Hopefully I have some time tomorrow to set it up and see if I can destroy some speakers.

The only negative thing I read about Audyssey is it's bass control is not so good.
If I'm not wrong a lot of guys over at AVS ran Audyssey without their sub and then did their own settings for their sub.

It does it fine but most of those AVS chumps like their bass overblown.

Hey, I'm a heavy hitter also.

I boost low bass(10-18hz) +10 db and normal person lows(20-32) +6db when I had my system going for movie use.

Music was flat or a slight house curve type eqìng.
