In my opinion ANY foriegners should be able to attend our colleges BUT, just as and out of state student pays higher tuition, their tuitions should be TRIPLE what a legal resident is. That way for each one of them that goes to college here, two citizens would be able to attend for free.

OK-My PERSONAL thoughts. Deny an inner city kid the chance to go to college probably means I'll be supporting him in jail or other. So-your kid. Why is he at the same level as an inner city kid? Why should he be chosen over the other kid? Lazy assed white parents let their kids just "get by". I have one that meets that criteria and another that "got" it and has her Masters degree.

Economically challenged persons deserve a chance to "equal" up. Notice I said economically challenged. This goes for trailer park crackers too.
