Well Michelle. I for one can say women have brought a lot of this on themselves. I will just give you my case and I have many friends that have been through it as well.

When women get a good man such as myself. They lie, cheat or take advantage of him. Then comes the I'm not in love anymore or I'm not happy.(Like we are dancing monkeys to entertain our spouses?)

Then they decide to divorce without our consent, and take our kids from us and financially rape us. Now after all that do you know why men do not want to be around or become step parents to someone elses kids? See above. This is the second time for me. This after 20 years of marriage. The first one was 12 years. Will not be a third in my lifetime. Too poor and too tired to go through the pain anymore.

Oh and they lied to us growing up that being a nice guy is the best thing yadda yadda. No being an azzhole seems to work out much better because those are the guys that seem to make out better.

yeah well those are the guys that seem better off with the women in this era, and this area. The thing is after they get treated poorly they run after these guys, and then complain about them? I don't think we will end, but I do think the shit is going to hit the fan again. We are about due for a reset, and it will be all about what the populace can stomach. Are we going to sit around and have every last constitutional right stripped from us, or are we eventually going to rise up, and let them know we have had enough? I'm not going out to start it, hell, I just want to ride motorcycles and drink beer this weekend, but I really feel like we are close to breaking. How much will honest, hard working Americans have stripped from them, just to support corrupt politicians, and people in this country illegally, or people that are here legally ie:muslims, that want to end our way of life. I'm pretty sure the train is too far down the track to turn around, so eventually it will hit a wall, things will get nasty, but get back to some sense of normal at some point. As to when it started, it started when politicians began buying votes with handout programs for deadbeats. Hell, SS is the greatest Ponzi scheme of ALL time, and we all know what kind of shape it's in. Politicians are bought and paid for, and now we are reaping the consequences.

AND finished off with the early 70's rulings that women's salary counts as much as the hubby's in house purchases, witch in a year or so, doubled housing prices in the DC region....making the fact that it took two incomes to support a single family home....not just 1.5 or so....and THAT FACT took the women outta the family business and made them office administrators/etc.....

and IF kids were a product of the typical married couple, the kids were pushed asside by the necessity of two incomes that also upped the family tax bracket, mortgage interest deductions or not....

add THAT on top of the LBJ bullcrap, which was mainly a Kennedy proposal going nowhere, from the way I recall it anyway......it was the end of the typical American lifestyle that developed over the previous ~50 years or so.....happening in the cities and the close in 'burbs' on small/townhouse lots but not so much in the far out villages, even though the small businesses had the wives running the joints....with the kids along side them....

Lots of good thoughts here. I don’t know where it began exactly, but the last administration added NOS. The current one may well shoot it in the head. Most of us do not truly appreciate just how ****ed we are. Our grandchildren are not going to have the lives that we did. So sad.
