C6 Window Indexing Issue
Any of you had issues from time to time with the passenger door window not re-indexing when the door is opened, not allowing the door to close? CheySha and I have both experienced it occasionally with our 06 and 07.

Ya I did last week and the the battery was going on its last leg. It went dead and I put a new one in an reindexed the windows. I should of paid more attention to it and figured it was the battery going bad.

Window indexing.
The owners manual gives instructions on how to do it. Basically what it says is push the acc. button to turn accessories on and then hold the window button in the up position for 3 seconds and release, then hold it up again for 3 seconds. Then turn the acc. off.

Are you saying that the window does not drop slightly when opening the door and then the window being fully up prevents the door from closing?
If that's the case, you might try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it and reindexing the windows. Kinda like rebooting the system. I had a problem with the touch pad on my '06 that caused all kinds of wierd stuff with the latch as well as with the window indexing. You may want to swap the touchpad from the passenger door to the driver's side. If the symptoms follow the touch pad, then get yourself a new one. They're only $12 or so. Good luck!
