8. Energy. Companies are free to drill offshore. Have at it. Be prepared to do it safely or be held civilly and criminally responsible. The first CEO that goes to prison for being an irresponsible cost monster should drive that point home.

9. Immigration. Come here legally or we will capture you, try you, and lock you up in a special place that will make Tijuana look like Disneyland. No, you don't get any benefits unless you're a citizen.

10. Death penalty. If you murder, rape, or have a fetish for children, we will capture you, try you, and execute you in a most gruesome fashion. Any questions?
