Gotta comment one thing on that lot/house/bulkhead placement.....

Years ago my Dad had a townhouse out on the island that forms Ocean City Md.....and out back they had a bulkhead and shared dock, so one dock for two townhomes and a whole row of homes.......the issue was the fill dirt they dug out of Isle of Wite bay kept sinking and washing out behind the retaining wall, built same as what you have and all that I have seen.....it was a constant problem getting fill dirt/sand behind the wall, and MY solution would have been taking a good load of concrete bags and just tossing them behind the wall unopened and let the water soak into the bags, then when solid, cap off with soil and grass.......but Dad finally got disgusted with the place after a few years and sold it.....this was all 60's-70's....gone by the 80's.....come think of it, I still have a few sticks of rattan furniture from the joint.....

Obviously the worst damage occurred during storms,, so keep an eye on it....
