Here are some I took a few years ago... the flowers don't pop like yours.







I shot this one from a bit of a distance and just zoomed it in. Hate those damned things!

from 2009, "Bees got Knees"...





from 2007, "Ants on the Moon"...




... and "The Mother Ship"...





EXIF info is present in the Bees pic (which was a lucky shot, and cropped down to camera pixels for zoom and centered).
EXIF was lost in editing the two older ones, but those were taken with the same camera and with my long lens zoomed all the way out to 200mm (which is a reasonable alternative to a macro lens, as long as the light is good).
