So, now this non-decision by McAfee is a nothing burger, WADE WAS GONE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. So, like the classified docs Hur report the new mantra is, "....here is all the bad/illegal stuff you've done, dammit, CUT IT OUT!"

So you see how Trump's classified docs case is somehow still going on and if this DA had been a white, conservative man they would have ruined her professionally, socially and psychologically.

If I'm ever in court I know now to intimidate the judge, call opposing counsel liars and throw papers around. Wearing my pants on backwards will be icing on the cake.

The corruption is nearly exceeded by the incompetence....one of the more disgusting things to happen in the last couple of years. Wade was gone anyway so Willis gets her fanny smacked and continues on.

The only hope is that the GA bar eats her lunch - unlikely though.
BOTTOM LINE: Willis gets a pass and the judge is now a card-carrying member of "the swamp".

GA taxpayers should check on a "morning after" pill because they just took it up the gumpstump.

Home Slice got several guilty pleas on this case, so the argument is that proves competency. Helps to have unlimited funds to shake down defendants that are not independently wealthy, I guess.

That's the whole point of RICO, make the poorer folks drown in legal expenses, threaten them with lengthy sentences, make their family ashamed of them and 90% of people will cop a plea; guilty or not. Just ask a boatload of J6 defendants.

And NOW, Fani is being hauled up to Congress to discuss how she pissed away all the grant money from the OVW (Office for Violene against Women). Those grants come from DOJ's Office of Justice Programs where I worked for 5 years before retiring. Let's see Fani mouth off and throw shit around in front of Congressmen that she don't have her hooks in. Get your popcorn. She is already on the block for failure to provide all the info to the House.

Both sides are calling this a win, sort of a restricted "win". Isn't it odd that McAfee was running unopposed up until a day or two before his decision was due out as if somebody was saying, "here's your replacement if you don't drink the Kool-Aid"

But it certainly shows up the incestuous relationship in some local county judicial systems. There are several "safety valves" that may tank the case:

a) Fani gets disbarred or thrown out of office for misuse of DOJ/county funds
b) Fani does NOT get re-elected, but not likely, Democrats love this stuff
c) The case drags out and just fizzles and/or a new prosecutor dismisses it

McAfee screwed the pooch on his decision. How do you cite someone as unprofessional and basically lying and leave her on the biggest case, ever, in GA ?

If I was her, I would. I'd tell them all they're pieces of shit, they have no power, and to get wrecked. I'd neck bob, call them racists, tell them their attempts to tear down a stronk, independent womanz won't work, etc.


Because it's true, they have ZERO power over Fani. Fani is protected at all law enforcement levels. The DoJ backs her, so threats of anything from Congress, including contempt charges for not showing up at all or not providing docs.....that's just empty threats and the Congressional R's know it. The DoJ is NOT going to attack someone on their side. So there's the Georgia AG, the Georgia state bar, and now, apparently, a new Georgia panel authorized by the governor to regulate county AG's.

Pro-tip: Those are all on Fani's side, too. No help is coming. From anywhere.
