Ahhh, what do you know about leftover potato pancakes……

They were perfectly cooked and flipped at the exact correct second!

Have you found that Pot O Gold on the other side of the rainbow yet……?

Trust me they were delicious! Crispy outside layer with fluffy warmed insides!

So, not many friends I have even know what a potato pancake is let alone how to cook them! Had to come from a family that didn’t waste food to know!

No food to talk about here. Where I live has been declared a "food desert". I make the journey to shop food about once every 6 months. That means a lot of frozen, canned, and dry goods. Ain't nobody wants to hear about that

I tend to have to take your side on this issue, my mom made them from leftover spuds refrigerated the night before, and they had to be fried pretty good to make sure they cooked through. Still tasted excellent.

I grew up on a 650 acre seed potato farm (along with 700 veal calves) and I swear I've eaten everything associated with spuds and bootleg liquor made with it
