SIT 9-gauge with a heavy wound bottom

those have a great tone and if they slip out of tune, there’s a process to call them and they give you a couple of packs for free. SIT... Stay In Tune.

As a rule strings don’t go out of tune if they’re stretched properly. OFTEN they hang up in a poorly cut nut for example.

True, but that’s the advertising they have and the strings sound great, anyway. I always have the nuts made just for these strings whenever I get a new axe and keep the original.

Speaking of perfect tune; this setup is rad.

Especially when you can select only certain strings to keep correct:

at 9:08 see how individual strings can bend normally, but others kept pitch perfect.

That’s impressive enough. But it ‘fixes’ all the little nuances that make Snik, Snik; DJ, DJ and me, me.

Only speaking for myself? Perfection isn’t what it’s about.

Awesome tone and a sharp axe!

Makes me want to go out and take lessons again but I'm just not a good player.
Both my Grandfathers were professional musicians but I am a listener.

I've been looking for a decent vintage SG, I may just go with this re-issue instead.
Clean, toneful, and grungy....now to find one in stock.

Thanks for string shopping!

I understand what you mean Thomas. I just want to cruise EBay and the next thing I know, UPS is knocking on my door.
