Horrific case will be retried - unreal

One of the most brutal cases of murder, rape and etc will be retried due to the Judge being a pill addict amongst other things. I feel so sorry for the family to have to go through another round of trials. I pray that the outcome for all defendants will be the same or worse.

That scum does not deserve another breath. However, unfortunately, they cannot receive harsher sentences than the first time around, according to the attorney on the news this AM.

The Christians (Channon's folks) are frequent customers of mine and valued friends of the Pitstop. We co-sponsored a memorial ride the Channon Christian Foundation held this past summer.

The strength of spirit these families have shown is immense. I just hope they have enough of it to get through the trial again.

Baumgartner pleaded guilty in March to a single charge of official misconduct. He confessed an addiction to painkillers that led him to buy the drugs from a felon on probation in his court. Blackwood granted him diversion, a move that allowed him to keep his pension.

Wait a minute.

This makes sense, let the Judge that f'cked this all up and cost taxpayers tons of money to retry the trial keep his pension.

Apparently the judge that did this did not have information regarding the full scope of the problem. That has since been rectified. Hoping that civil and criminal penalties are forthcoming on the other charges revelaed by the TBI probe.

The Wikipedia article is churched up a lot compared to the actual reality. Those scum deserve to die by being fed into a tree chipper feet first, an inch at a time.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg as for convictions that will be overturned. This screwed up judge was on the bench for YEARS while he was a pill popper.

Media suppressed it. Evidently, it wasn't a hate crime, and therefore not newsworthy.

Somewhat similar event in the metro East area recently. 70ish woman leaving a bingo parlor is abducted by three subhuman types. Beaten and robbed, the put her in the trucnk of her car, drive to a remote location and set the car on fire. She was burned to death.

I say they should have the same thing done to them. Beat them close to unconscious and then put them in the trunk of a car and lite it up.
