I think it’s actually just vines with a few leaves.

I was just looking at some of the stuff that the 4chan and Reddit folks have dug up. This guy is all over the place. Wearing a trump flag as a cape in one photo and in another he has pink pig tails. While those things are not necessarily mutually exclusive, they seem to be an odd combination.

His tattoos and colored hair says it all. Just another socially isolated weird **** with no life, friends or grounding to normalcy, begging for attention. Technology and social media are directly responsible for grooming this kind of insane misfit.
