We've been saying that yards in this neighborhood will rock this year like no other! It's amazing how many people are doing the kind of stuff I'm about to do. This was something I wanted to do last year, but didn't get to it. I figured this virus stuff had shut me down for the spring, but I saw my neighbor get a huge load of mulch. Turns out, a local place that does mulch, topsoil, and other stuff has their store closed, and no one answering the phones. But if you order bulk stuff online, and pay by CC, the truck shows up with it a few days later. Lots of folks taking advantage of that here!

It may be cooler/newer on a phone but it's much less practical.

We just closed on this house in Jul of 19 at 3.75%. Just got called to do a streamline to %2.25.

they just stand near it then press "yes" on the phone when the prompt comes up.

Yeah I have been caught before on higher rates for other house purchases. The damn funding fee keeps going up every time you get a new VA loan as well.
