i was watching an older episode of TG UK and it was the episode where the trio drove from miami ot New Orleans in some beaters. When they got to Milton FLorida, they stopped and painted things on their cars, things that were anti-southern heritage...like...

Country Western sucks

Nascar sucks

The goal was..jokingly, to drive through lower alabama and get someone shot at. So they got off I10 at Exit5 in florida, drove down Alternate 90, past my house, and into Seminole Alabama..where they stopped at a gas station (where I stop all the time) to refuel. The manager got pissed and called in "the boys" who gave chase and assaulted the beater cars with rocks...

They were..within a minute, of my house....

Would have liked to have met em..seem like a nice group of guys.

I remember that episode. They nearly got themselves killed.

Maybe they would have let you identify the bodies.

Around the time that episode aired in the UK, Clarkson did a radio interview where he related that some people in the production crew believe that they were actually shot at during the chase.

He said they had grossly underestimated the stupidity of what they had painted on the cars and the passion of Alabamans to educate them.

They even have the Beulah sausage festival, which from what I hear is more about parading around the trailer park in your speedo and less about actual sausage.

Actually I think they've changed it to beulahfest, as word was getting out about the real goings on.

It was better when it was over near t he fire department, I havent liked it since they moved to the equestrian Center, its too flashy.
