Detailed the daily whith my father on Thanksgiving...
I rarely wash my truck and haven't put any wax on it in nearly 2 years. It's my daily driver and it sits outside 100% of the time. We used Meguiar's paint cleaner w/ a synthetic wool pad on a random orbital 10" and then followed up with Rejex on everything (glass and lights and chrome included). Nothing fancy, but the truck really came out nice for such little upkeep.
For the interior I took the seats out to tackle an area of spilled orange juice and detailed the carpets. Cleaned the trim w/ window cleaner then followed up with Adam's VRT. Also hit all the weather stripping with VRT. Looks pretty nice for a 2004 w/ nearly 70k on it that doesn't get taken care of cosmetically. I used Meguiar's super tire shine stuff that smells like grapes and comes out purple simply b/c my dad had two bottles of it. It worked very well. I decided to try it on the grey plasctics on the bumpers and windshield cowl which were getting a little faded from the sun (cowl was way worse than the others). They plastics look brand new and a week later still look great whrere as the shine on the tires has diminished. Decided to put a coat of it on the over the rail part of my rhino liner and it made that look brand new too. Also detailed my mother's CLS550 Mercedes, but she was doing the Black Friday thing so no pics. It was the first time I'd ever detailed on a white car... talk about easy. The tan interior took some time w/ all the smudges, but it looked nice in the end.... at least it has black floormats. Only problem w/ shining up the truck is that it gets me wanting to spend money on it. She's screaming for a 3" drop and some chrome Silverado SS 20s... but the kitchen/house comes first. Here's a quad cab w/ a 2" drop on painted versions. Those are 255/40/20s... I'd go w/ 255/45/20s which are about 1/2" taller and 1" more drop to make it perfect.

That paint cleaner works wonders, it is really a good product for all uses.
