Default ditched the rallys for centerlines again...

so i went back to a 15x5.5 centerline fronts with 205-70's
and 15x9 progressive rears with 275-60's. that rear wheelwell
is STUFFED...

my younger boy (he just turned 18) proclaimed that
"now it looks like some ex-80's NHRA prostock wet dream, dad.
you GOTTA paint it like one "!!!

so he started messing around with "MSPAINT"...
i didnt think he did too badly, these 'coke bottle'
vettes are REALLY hard to make look right with
graphics, as there aint a flat spot or a straight line
on the car except between the headlights and maybe
the fuel filler door, hah hah..

its hard to make something 'flow' with the lines of a C3 shark.
so, heres the rundown..

pic#1- how it looks right now as it sits in our garage.

pic#2- a gnarly 80's prostreet throwback. me likey, but maybe
a bit TOO wild- even for me.

pic#3- a "motion"-essque scheme. i really like it, and its probably
the "most likely to happen" since its nutty, but not TOO nutty...

pic#4- my personal favorite. looks like a bastardized version of
that ex-80's prostocker he talked about, minus the sponsors
decals. i wanna so bad, but im pretty sure the wife wont want
to ride in the car if i do. shutup, thats NOT a 'win-win'!
remember if mama aint happy aint NOBODY happy.

so, any thoughts? rants? hates? likes? in the end i will
do whatever i feel like since its my car anyway, heh heh...

just wanted to share, any opinions--good or bad-- are welcome.
just looking for a bit of feedback thats all.

Either picture #1 or mimic the 82 Collectors Edition side stripes and painted two tone hood. The others have come and gone and would only work if they were painted during that era.IMHO.
