Just chowed down on firepit spit roasted lamb, with tzatziki sauce, roast potatoes, and feta salad at the Greekfest up here in Ottawa Canada. Thank God it only comes once a year! Burp!

They slow roast the whole lamb over hardwood fires, probably go through 100 over the course of a week!Picture this times 5 going all week long, over real wood fires!....

Not just a food, but foods... Whenever we go to Fogo De Chao, I just could sit there all night and eat until I burst.. not sure what they put on it their meats, but damn it is good....

after that, good smoked brisket...

Bacon wrapped scallops. Those things are like peanuts to me! If I go to where they are served I do not get to far away from the area. I could easily make a full meal out of them.

Pretty much BBQ anything. Last night I made jerk chicken and roasted corn on the cob over an apple wood fire. It was fantastic but I really never just chow down on one specific thing. However, I could probably survive indefinitely on a diet of pizza, tacos, and BBQ.
