A policeman caused injury that was NOT in self defense in one case they died and cities are burning, in the other case people are saying the woman got what she deserved. I simply asked what would be different if she died.

I do know that something other than "hope you are comfy" was happening in the back of that car before he was dragged out on to the ground. That video would be worth a mint if there was a better angle.

Honestly any good attorney has some wiggle room with these facts:

Methamphetamine increases the heart rate and
Oxygen requirements (among other things)

Fentanyl is one of the, if not THE most potent respiratory depressants

But..... there is that pesky video proof of the man being held down for > 7 minutes with his arms behind his back with a knee to the back of his neck with his head cranked to the side.


Good luck choosing a jury that hasn’t seen or heard of this case and developed a bias. Jury selection is going to be interesting.

I posted elsewhere that all they need to do is locate 6 or 8 (there are probably DOZENS) white guys he used this same technique on, and the case gets exponentially weaker.
