We only have three to four people in our office each day. The office is very quiet. Everyone is working from home. We have a daily leadership meeting, and then we meet with our subordinates almost daily. Everything is positive so far and we still have our usual light banter. Going good for us.

Everything is going well at work. ( I literally go to work as it's tough to run a CNC milling machine remotely with part changes)

As an added bonus, the owner had a case of toilet paper by the time clock and let everybody know they could take two rolls if needed.

We're good here at home but I thanked him.


As far as folks freaking out, only the two resident dems had minor meltdowns now that they are down to Sideshow Joe

We started mandatory temp testing on Monday. Our firedept/emts are doing the testing before we can drive into the gate. I found out that if you keep your defroster on it will give them a false high temp. Yesterday he read me at 102* and told me to pull to the side as he backed away from me. He checked again and said I was good. This morning I drove in and put my head out the window for about 100 yds before getting to the gate. Had a low reading of 94*. This shit is so easily manipulated, to the point it's worthless testing.

One of my staff started getting really catty. But they were already on the RIF list and was let go yesterday, but generally everybody has been great to work with and seemingly appreciates the WFH.
