GF and I are in Will be interesting to see if we're still speaking after this little test

EDIT: Tony do you want to keep this a Corvette-only thing or do you want to spread the invite to the mature members of other car groups?

I am just barely talking to the wife now, I can not risk sitting by her for a couple of hours, I am a little to short tempered for that.

Any chance I could meet you guys at the restaurant (if I am back on the road)?

(that's why they call it a "divorce rally")

Thats funny,
She ask me if we should do some kind of prenup before we start this I told her no because I didn't mind giving her 1/2 of nothing. But I'm glad she is going I'm sure I will need a when its over and then hopefully I can talk her into driving home she really doesn't like to drive it but she will if I drink.

I am close enough now, I don't need to push it anymore.

My wife has her uncle's b-day party to attend next Sunday, so she won't be with me. Gotta find someone to go with me now...

Just asked my buddy's nephew if he wanted to go with me. Waiting to see if he's going to be off restriction by then.

Brian,
I don't have a problem with other clubs/cars participating, the more the merrier and its ok to bring your other car if the weather is not to your liking for your Vettes.

Jeff,
We'll end at Jimmy's Oven and Grill between Williamsburg Honda and The Pottery on Rt 60. We should start arriving there around 3pm if we kick off at 1pm.

Sweet, weather looks like it may co-operate.

Thanks for the weather control Steve

A couple of questions because this is my first time to this kind of event what are the do's & dont's? like don't bring the GPS or can not use a video recorder to help remember things along the way, if no on the GPS are maps OK. Just curious.

From the Menu looks like a good place to eat.

I believe the driver must be blind folded with the navigator giving directions. This is why I am not participating, my wife would make me wreck on purpose.

You won't need the GPS...it won't help. You will receive driving instructions that will give simple directions to make turns. It might say take a right at the third stop light or left at the "T" intersection. Alll the time you are driving, the two of you will be looking for landmarks to answer questions. It might ask how many fire hydrants did you see on this leg. It's always good to look ahead for a few instructions on the paper you will receive. If you make a wrong turn it will become evident within a few miles. You simply go back to where you knew something was right, and go again!

(for those having your wife as your navigator, we will have the names of several good divorce lawyers at the restaurant)

Thanks for the input that helps sounds like fun but with that said I should go ahead and get the names of the lawyers so I can put a retainer down. I should probably use the video recorder on us so I can have it for court .
