We have a beautiful Great Dane girl we rescued a few years ago, and the piece of shit that owned her used to chain her to a wall and torture her. She literally ducks and freaks if you pick anything up over her head because she is still afraid she is going to get beat. It pisses me off no end what this asshole did to her. The rescue service won't tell you who owned her before or I'd probably be in jail right now.

I can't figure some people out. Why get an animal if you hate them enough to hurt them? Makes zero sense to me. My animals are family to me and live and are treated accordingly

Well, I was tasked to take two cats from wife's daughter's house to the shelter, too many cats in their house, so those two were selected to vacate, and the shelter was jammed FULL of cats and refused them.....I thought it strange...at any rate, on way home I pulled into a development, found a cul te sack and forced them outta the cat carrier....left them on a front lawn of house for sale, and noted some kids and other houses close by......

and maybe 2 months ago, WE got selected to feed FOUR stray cats someone dumped off in our front yard.....middle of evening the other day, our I/O make cat about a dozen years old now, in front window, and the large male from the litter out front jumps onto the sill outside, and the reaction was really LOUD!!!!!
