Hi . New member here. I have a 2005 stock C 6 Corvette with the stock radio. My question is can I install the navigation radio screen in my car? Is there a plug in already installed on the cars wire harness? Any thing I should know to buy and install this? Thanks MIke S . Westville N.J .

Yes you can upgrade it to a stereo unit with a screen. You would need the new stereo, Installation dash kit, wire connectors. Usually installation is performed at a shop because it requires advanced knowledge in electronics. You can check some basic info o audio installation in this article: Car Audio System Wiring Basics

Simple to install however if you have the Bose package you will need another kit to integrate the speakers properly. It cost about 200 bucks ish but you need it or your system will sound horrid.
