I don't like the aesthetics ....but to each their own. I would not want to look through that shit at my view. Now the important part...the lack of detail and dimensions on your print is amazing...No BOM, No cut list. It's all in the details young Padawon ...I will give you a C-...do better.

Dimensions are on the framing elevation, not repeated on the architectural view. To do so is confusing and makes the builder's job more difficult. Engineers don't do cut sheets - that's a contractor's job to figure material quantities. Your lack of knowledge in building design has been sadly exposed.

LVL is laminated veneer lumber. Basically plywood, veneers chosen for fiber strength, and laid up to very long lengths. In the Southeast region, the base lumber is Southern Pine. Thickness is multiples of 1-3/4, so a two ply is the same width of a 2x4. Depths up to 24".

Builders prefer using multiple plies of 1-3/4" instead of thicker members, because most can be installed by manual labor instead of renting a crane. Also plies can be cut to length with regular hand held saws.

Typical fiber strength is 3100 psi, or about 2.5 to 3 times that of regular lumber.
