Getting ready to learn how to make double action automatics.
They can function like a liner lock, being thumbed open, but also are spring loaded, and with bolster or button release are a switchblade.
Prices to start at $1600, probably top out at around 4K.

I have had three sets of kitchen knives made by the same man over the years, gave two sets away to close friends, we all use them to this day.. As they say DO IT…

I use that board almost every day, but it is the others in the house that like to use my good knives on plastic or ceramic plates.

I just want one good knife....that no one uses on anything other than wood cutting surfaces.
