2 months ago the bill was 150 bux

Last month was 200 bux.....

Just got the bill for 250 bux......a near 40% increase in the last two months....

and it's in line with the KWH 1800 this month 1500 last month.....I forget the previous month at 150 bux but probably 1200, best guess....


damn weather sux.....

I keep telling wife I want to paint roof white again...she flips out thinking condensate will ruin the underlayment plywood.....

Not that I walking on even the light gray shingles I have on there now a daze...trick is need do it, much less the HEAT

My previous contract was 10.2 cents per kwh. My new one is 12 cents. I was not happy about it until just a few weeks later co-workers were unable to get below 16 cents.

I'm on a 60 month agreement at that price.

Just checked in Jersey as I had no clue. 16c according to JCP&L. Don’t know if this is expensive or not for the hood.

Just wait until you only have electricity for a few hours a day. Price won't matter if none is available. Turning us into another 3rd-world shithole is their plan.

Mine's been bouncing around, but my last bill was 12.9 per kwh.

I’m still 8.8c per kw till next august I’m really fearing next years renewal. I used 3250 kw this last month and I keep my house rather warm. It’s going to suck if they can’t figure out these power prices by then.

Gene, I'm just a couple miles from you and use Clay electric, too. My apartment stays at around 78deg during the day and 75 at night. I'm gone most of the day for work and don't use much electricity at noght other than the AC, celing fan, TV, and a light for whichever room I am in when I need it. Bill was 80 bucks last month

I paid less during the winter and hate being cold, so the heater was on non-stop.

electric bills, yup get two each month. Beach house is as much as regular house as I split time between them. Its nice though being cool, having lighting, hot water and internet so I got no issues with the pricing. Cable otoh, that is obscene, lol.
