I get it. After 35 years of never being in a garage, I was finally able to get my '83 HI Lux inside after getting rid of my Model T in 2018. Then, last October, I brought home the '66 GTO, and the poor old Hi Lux, original paint and all, sits in the rain as I type this. It sucks.

Mine's an '83....last of the first generation with the rounded wheel wells. Solid axle, Landcruiser sized underpinnings. And yeah, unstoppable. At least out of the rust belt areas. No rustproofing at all on these, so they dissolved if used in the Midwest or in the snow where salt was used. Still quite a few out here and in the Southwest.
